Objectifs du projet
1- Mise en place des techniques dexploration de linflammation induite in vivo
2- Mise en place des techniques permettant létude du chimiotactisme, de la dégranulation et de la flambée respiratoire
3- Effets des extraits et de substances naturels sur le chimiotactisme et la dégranulation des neutrophiles humains
4- Mise en place des techniques permettant dévaluer in vitro lactivité anti-oxydante de substances et extraits naturels
5- Mise en place des techniques nécessaires à lexploration du stress oxydant dans les milieux biologiques (plasma
)
6- Recherche de substances et extraits doués dactivités anti-oxydantes qui pourraient être utilisés pour lutter contre le stress oxydatif (prévention, et/ou traitement)
7- Valorisation de notre médecine traditionnelle (impact économique)
8- Formation des étudiants (Doctorat, Magister et Master)
