Plantes médicinales traditionnellement utilisées dans les pathologies gastro-intestinales dans la région de Sétif : pouvoir antioxydant, antibactérien et toxicité
Objectifs du projet
De point de vue scientifique :
Etude ethnopharmacologique
Enquête sur les planes médicinales utilisées traditionnellement dans le traitement des maladies gastro-intestinales
Etude phytochimique
Mise au point des méthodes de dosage des polyphénols et flavonoïdes totaux et tanins
Mise au point des procédures dextraction et identification des polyphénols dans les extraits des plantes
Extraction et caractérisation de substances naturelles à partir des plantes choisis
Standardisation du protocole dextraction et de purification des extraits
Caractérisation des différents extraits intéressants par les méthodes chromatographiques (CCM, HPLC ) .
Maîtrise des méthodes dextraction des substances phénoliques à partir des plantes
Etude des activités biologiques
Développement du test des activités antioxydants des extraits de plantes
Développement du test détude de la toxicité des extraits de plantes
Etude de lactivité antioxydants des polyphénols naturels
Etude de l'effet des polyphénols ou des extraits de plantes médicinales sur la peroxydation des lipides
Etude de leffet scavenger des extraits de plantes et polyphénols vis-à-vis des radicaux libres
Mise au point des protocoles pour létude des effets anti-oxydants et anti-bactériens
Etudier les effets anti-oxydants et la toxicité des extraits naturels de plantes médicinales
Effet scavenger et anti-oxydant en utilisant un système acellulaire (FRAP, TRAP
)
Etude de leffet antibactérien des extraits et polyphénols pure sur les différents types de germe pathogène en vue de leur utilisation thérapeutique.
De point de vue Formation :
- 4 thèses de Doctorat sont encadrées par Dr Seddik Khennouf (Mme Amel Bouaziz, Nadjet Iratni, Boutahar Assia et Djidel Saliha)
- 1 mémoire de magister est en cours de réalisation par Melle : Bencheikh Dalila
Chaque année un certain nombre de mémoires de fin de cycle seront encadrés par les membres de léquipe de recherche sur la phytothérapie des maladies gastro-intestinales et les activités anti oxydantes des plantes médicinales utilisés dans la région.
