Rôles de la xanthine oxydase humaine et bovine dans la génération de radicaux libres oxygénés, présents dans des anticorprs anti- xanthines oxydase et des complexes immunes, xanthine anti- xanthine oxydase , présents dans le sérum humain.
Objectifs du projet
Elucider le rôle de la xanthine oxydase humaine, enzyme complexe présent dans la plupart des tissus des mammifères y compris lhomme, produisant des radicaux libres entrant dans plusieurs pathologies humaines (lésions causées par lischémie reperfusion, les infections virales, le cancer), dans lapoptose et dans la transduction de signal. Ensuite étudier le rôle des anticorps anti-xanthine oxydase humaine ainsi que les complexes anti XOH-XO présents dans le sérum humain et leurs effets sur lactivité de lenzyme
