Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of plants extracts used in folk medicine.

Objectifs du projet

Dans le but de compréhension le rôle RL dans l’inflammation, nous menons des protocoles expérimentaux axés sur l’étude de l’effet antioxydant et anti-inflammatoire des extraits de quelques plantes médicinales parmi les quelles on distingue Tamus communis, Ajuga iva L, Eatina tanus, Peaganum harmala, Daphne gnidium, Carthamus caeruleus, Acanthus mollis, Antirium majus) Notre projet consiste à ; extraire les différents composés actifs (polyphénoles et flavonoïdes) de ces plantes, analyse quantitative et qualitative du contenu en polyphénols et en flavonoïdes des différents extraits aqueux et organiques, l’étude de leurs effets antioxydants et anti_inflammatoire, l’etude du pouvoir anti-inflammatoire des différents extraits des plantes et bloquer l’action des ROS ce qui abouti à protéger l’organisme contre les endommagements inflammatoire qu’elles peuvent induire en utilisant des systèmes chimiques et biologiques ex-vivo et in-vivo.
