Etude immunogénétique de la polyarthrite rhumatoïde dans lOuest algérien.(exploration du polymorphisme des gènes HLA DRB1et DQB1).
Objectifs du projet
Explorer les gènes candidats de la région HLA de classe II dans un échantillon de patients de lOuest Algérien.
Identifier le contrôle génétique de la PR dans la population par rapport au normaux de la même région
Comparer les résultats dans une analyse multicentrique pour adapter les traitements et prendre en charge dune façon précoce les malades.
