Extraction en phase solide et chromatographie en phase liquide de principes actifs dans le sérum. Essais de validation.

Objectifs du projet

-Mise au point de méthodes d’extraction en phase solide de principes actifs (célécoxib, piroxicam, méloxicam, oméprazolr, sulpiride) et de leurs métabolites dans le sérum en utilisant différents types de matériaux :
-Silices greffes octadécyles.
-Matériaux.
-Mise au point de méthodes chromatographique de séparation de ces principes actifs et de leurs métabolites dans le sérum.
-Validation des protocoles retenus.
